From simple events to complex exhibitions, we are able to accommodate a variety of requests. We generally program 2 week exhibition periods, but can accommodate 3 week periods depending on the nature of the exhibition, availability and the gallery's programming.

Rates
All exhibition costs are subject to 12% HST. For information on what is included in your exhibition package see Exhibition Basics
Receptions and Events
An evening reception is included in the exhibition fee if it takes
place on a Thursday or Friday evening from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The charge for Evening receptions related to the exhibition on display which take place on days other than Thursdays or Fridays are charged at the rate of $1500 per event.
The charge for all non-exhibition related receptions or events are charged at the rate of $1500 per event, regardless of the day of the week. Reception events not connected with an exhibition have to work around any existing exhibition that is currently installed in the gallery. Exhibitions currently on display are not temporarily removed for reception events.

Security & Janitorial
There is a mandatory charge for Security and Janitorial services of $270 (plus 12% HST) per 100 people attending during receptions. This charge applies for all receptions, evening and daytime, regardless of the day of the week they are held.
Promotional Events
While the gallery is primarily an exhibition venue for art, there are some opportunities for Promotional and Marketing events to take place in the gallery. These types of events and displays are booked on a case-by-case basis depending on space availability and at the Pendulum Gallery Coordinator's discretion.
